JDBC Call via Systemalias from iView

Dear Connectivity Gurus,

I openend a thread in the EP-Developer-Forum but maybe it is better related here...

https://www.sdn.sap.com/sdn/collaboration.sdn?contenttype=url&content=https://

I created a JDBC-System with an alias in my EP6 and want to call it from a custom iView. I searched the docu on sdn but couldn't find an example that shows Javacode for that purpose.

A good example that calls the Systemalias and creating a connection would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Walter

Walter,

You can check out my weblog for some links about the JDBC Connector and how to write code using it.
