How many steps you have completed of SLD configuration?
I guess you have donne all the things related to SLD in http://<host>:<port>/sld
Just one thing remaining in Visula admin is to assign CIM client in SLD data supplier, Right.
If you don't have access to server and you can't do configuration on server, then Can you access drives of your server from your machine?
If yes, then run Go.bat tool from your mochine and remotle you can access visual admin.

Have you configured your SLD properly?
Check this by clicking on the button above "Check SLD Connection". If you can't see any entries there then you have to first configure SLD.
