Please help some consultation, i all-ready config fiori launchpad "Resolve and Dispatch incidents", please give consultation, how can disable "Reply to Reporter and Confirm" in reply text types, see screen

I would suggest to ask a developer to take a copy of the Fiori App to Z namespace and adjust the app according to your needs.

We've revamped and enhanced multiple apps (copy them to Z namespace each time) related to ITSM VAR processes to for example provide a customer a complete overview app of all their incidents based on the dispatch and resolve Fiori App.
