issue with workflow for PO

Hello,

We have  workflow configured in such a way that for PO changed an email would be triggered, from the PO I want to know which method in the BO this workflow is calling. I know BUS2012 is the BO for PO change just want to know for that PO what is the workflow template no and method used by this PO for triggering email.

Hello Bala,

You can follow below steps :

1. Make change to any of the existing PO in development or test sytem

2. Go to transaction SWEL.

3. Put date and time values

4. In output you will be able to see all the events triggered during that timeframe mentioned in step 3.

5. Double click on the event corresponding to PO change, mostly it should be PurchaseOrder.change.

6. it will give you the template number.

Hi Puneet,

Thank you very much for your reply , I found out the wrk flow template name with the method mentioned by you , just for info  if its prod system how can we check the work flow name.

Hello Bala,

In case of production system, you need to first check the time at which PO was changed and then follow from step 2.

Also, please close the question if you issue is resolved.

workflow number would be same .

in development from swel , get the workflow number and log in to production. if you have access to SWDD tcode there , put same workflow number in workflow field.
