Issue with SRM Track Shopping Cart

Dear SAP Gurus,

I have implemented, setup and configured the SRM Track shopping cart as per FIORI implementation guide.

Successfully able to create Shopping cart through Portal. When I am trying to check that Shopping cart in Track shopping cart in Fiori Apps, it goes in infinite loop. checked all the connections, and prerequisite Notes but everything is in place. We have used an embedded deployment (combined Front end/Back end) system and all the front end and Back end components are present.

Can you please help the possible reason for this infinite loop. Below screen shots for your reference.

I am getting the same issue in my Track SC app. Where you able to get the solution for it.

Hi ,

i had similar problems with apps , reason could be missing configurations/huge volume of data...etc , so i would sugget that keep a break point in that DPC class then see where/what point it is taking too much time.
