Issue with Partner Function Configuration in Action Definition for standard change

Hello Everyone,
For the standard change (ZMSG), an email notification needs to be sent to both the developer and the change manager when the change document is imported into production. I’ve created an action definition to meet this requirement, and in the partner function of the action definition, the configuration is allowing only to select one partner at a time. 

Please provide any guidance.

Hi Jisna, I think that's standard behavior for ChaRM transaction. If you need to send email to multiple business partners for one partner function, customization may be needed here. Thus, SAP consulting team may be a proper choice for you. Thanks, Shawn
