Issue with MD04 - empty MRP element type Column

Dear Gurus, 

Greetings for the day. We are facing the following issue with a customer. recently we noted for few materials in MD04 the MRP element type column in empty. The Plant is US50 and when we activate the vendor view in MD04, it shows US50 Business Partner and also the Storage location as R01. 

The issue now is that due to these entries, they are considered as receipts and MRP calculations are getting off values. 

The traces of these entries are not anywhere, we checked all the sales orders tables, POs, Production orders etc. and we did not find these items at any level.

Hello Mani,  While i looking at given screenshot I understand that, POitem (PO item) related MRP element is missing and it may be due to schedule line item table data inconsistency. If this is case you can please this note 2044484 - Troubleshoot to EKET, EKES, EKBE table inconsistencies - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA to fix the issue in table.

Also you can check if there any discrepancy in MRP element list in OMD5.
