Well you could test this.
The only way of testing this is either open an incident (which I would not recommend only if the update does not solve your issue).
I would recommend downloading the newest version, I think its 2.2.13 or something along those lines. Check if this solves your issue.
I would also recommend as a good practice to have the HANA Studio that corresponds with your HANA DB revision.
So to answer your question in regards to a bug, this is yes and no. The studio you are using may not correspond to the DB revision you have so may not work, if this makes sense? But if you are running the relevant Studio and it fails like you experienced, then yes, I would guess this is a bug.
Hello,
Well given that each new revision has newer functions, the corresponding Studio revision must have the features to support these new functions, so I guess this pretty self explanatory and expected.
Seeing as the issue is now solved can you mark this as "correct" so as that anyone else experiencing the issue can see the solution.

Michael
I have faced similar issue, kindly upgrade your studio, it will solve the issue.

When you say your Studio is on 102?
Please go to your HANA Studio > Help > About HANA Studio.
Please paste the screen to double check your version?
You may need to update your Studio revision.
