Issue with Exporting Reports

Hello,

I am an analyst trying to export a report to excel via the BI portal connected to an EMR.

The report is able to generate, however everytime I try to export, no action is performed. Any help or suggestions?

Check the destination folder, you will need permission to write to it.

And check with your BOE Administrator, you may need writes to export.

Possibly the Event Viewer may log the issue.
