Issue with Bulk Requisition Creation and Excel Copy-Paste ( Manage Manual Reservations application )

we need to Manage Manual Reservations through requisitions, but we are encountering the following challenges. 

• Bulk Requisition Creation: We are unable to create requisitions in bulk for the 650 items that need to be transferred. The system does not seem to support this functionality for our use case.
• Excel Copy-Paste Issue: Even though we have the data in the correct format in Excel, the system is not allowing us to copy and paste the information into the requisition fields.
