Dear members ,

We are facing an integration issue while releasing the order in SAP DM.By any chance has anyone else faced the similar issue. We are using the neo environment for integration.

Hi Manoel, Thank you very much for your prompt response. We have reviewed all the settings as outlined in the link, but unfortunately, the issue persists. Our technical team suspects that it might be due to an integration suite failure when attempting to test its connection to the cloud connector. I will update the post if we find a resolution. Thank you again.

Hi ,

We identified that cloud connector was updated recently and there was some inconsistency with the SSL certificate. We just aligned it with our S4 system and everything worked fine. Thanks I will now close the thread.
