Hi Experts,
I have problem in the workflow WS21500001.
I am using this standard workflow for the Leave Request. When the employee is creating the Leave request, the work item is going to the correct Manager and Manager approves the Request.
But in the Workflow it is displaying that agent is not found. So the workflow is not completing the process.
Could you please help me to solve this issue.
Thanks & Regards,
Ashok.
Hi Ashok,
It seems like issue in org structure. So you can do one thing take employee number manually pass into the rule and test it whether you are getting any agents from the rule or not.If the rule is not exporting any agents we can conclude and start check in ORG STRUCTURE.
Before this check Agent assignment task set to General or not.(It should be Green light signal)

Hello,
",the work item is going to the correct Manager and Manager approves the Request."
"But in the Workflow it is displaying that agent is not found."
How can both of these be true?
Could you please provide a screenshot of the error.

Hi Rick,
Thank you very much for your valuable reply.
After Approving the workflow, I checked the workitem. In the workitem the workflow is not completed. It is stopped in the 'Approval Process' Activity and showing that 'No Agent'.
I have cross checked the organization structure also, It is correct only. I could not attach the screen shot here. Because SCN is not allowing me to attach the screen shot here. sorry for that.
Whether i have missed any steps. Could you kindly let me know.
Thanks & Regards,
Ashok.
