Hi all,
We have the data in Client 200 and we use the Client 100 for the cross-client (Client dependent) Dev system. Should I do the LO Cockpit setup (Customizing cockpit, Delete & Fill the Setup tables etc..) in Client 100 or 200, please ?
Thanks.
Hi,
Setup tables are client dependent.
So you need connection of BIW with Client 200 also. And you need to activate ES an filling setup table in Client 200 .
But Activation of DS are Client independent.

Hi
Set up tables is always client dependent, because data has to come from tables which are client dependant..if you have data in both clients you can do set up any where..other wise do it in which client data is available....actiavating of extract structure, generating datasoure(LBWE setups) you need to do it client 100 and release the request and import it in SCC1 of 200 client...
Hope it helps
Thanks

Hi Venkat,
Do ur configuration in Customizing client. Transfer the request into client which has data using SCC1. Then do the setup table fillup and everything....
Assign points if it helps...

Hi Venkat Kodi,
The Client is important only to the extent that it has authorizations for working with that LO cockpit transaction. So it can be any client you work with but what is important is that the client you are using has the authorisations.
But only the setup tables are client dependent for which you must be using only the pertaining client
Happy life,
