Hi All, is there a document which describes for which options from SAP Single Sign-On a license is required? Especially for SPNEGO on Netweaver JAVA/J2EE and for SAML 2.0 (ABAP and JAVA) we try to find out if a lilcense is required or not. Best Regards Herbert
Hi Herbert, no SSO lic required for both scenarios.
Cheers, Carsten

Hello Herbert,
You don't need a special license to use SAML, refer to the documentation here: https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/x/r4GXDg
To achieve Single Sign-On with Kerberos it will be necessary, refer to: help.sap.com/sso
Thanks,

You will find the answer there.
Consuming SAML doesn't require any additional license, but it might be required if you plan to create an IdP on Java.
