iRPA: Export data from SAP GUI

I try to export data from SAP GUI to excel. After I choose the file type and location of file, There are 2 popups of SAP GUI Securities display 1. Ask to grant permission to create file. 2. Ask to grant permission to execute file.

I would like to allow to create and deny to execute file, but I cannot use SAP GUI Connector to capture these pages and I try to use UIAutomation to capture it but the Agent not give me the event of load these page.

Hi Atipat,

Another solution is to create Directory rule in SAP Logon Settings / Security / Security Configuration / Open Security Configuration. This will prevent these dialogs for folder (and subfolders) you select there.

Hi Marek,

After I checked at Remember My Decision, SAP GUI create rule automatically but SAP GUI show me another popup about "Do I want to see list of rule in configuration?"

Atipat,

Yes, the SAP Gui creates rule if you choose to remember but the rule is very specific (e.g. filename/action/system). My procedure allows to create more generic rules useful for RPA e.g. to write and execute any file in specified directory.

Regarding the popup "Do I want to see list of rule in configuration?", I never saw that and can't find. Do you have a screenshot or something?
