iRPA Cloud Studio: Desktop Agent not working properly when screen is locked for Screenshot Activity

Dear All,

I am working on automation where Agent need to login to run on VM (Open Windows Logon with the credentials maintained in Agent and execute transactions, take artifacts (screenshot) and paste in word and send to user.

But I have noticed that when automation start it will auto login to Windows but after few seconds it will lock the screen again, but automation will run in background and whenever screenshot activity will trigger it will take the screenshot of locked windows screen.

Did anyone tried this? If it is working for you then please let us know on which Agent version you are.

Product version - 2.0.21.103

Framework version - 1.23.52

How I have tested?

• Job Scheduled for 05:20 PM; and we have locked the screen/laptop before that.
• 05:20 PM: Job execution started and was able to login to automatically with my given password in below screen.
• 05:20 PM: Able to login to my laptop.
• 05:20 PM: First screenshot taken perfectly, and system got locked automatically.
• 05:21 PM: Rest all screenshot captured which contains my locked laptop screenshot.
• 05:22 PM: At the end result screenshot should be received via email and it received which contains 1 correct and rest incorrect screenshot.

screenshot activity is not integrated with unlocking the machine.
Methods like Click mouse and Click are integrated with unlocking the machine automatically.As as workaround for your scenario ,use Click Mouse/Click activity and it would automatically unlock the machine (since those activities are integrated with unlock methods), and then use Screenshot activity.I will take up the feature request of including unlock machine when Screenshot activity is used
