Invalid username or password (FWB 00007)

Hello,

I have the following error when a user wants to connect to BI launch pad with a LDAP authentication : "Informations de compte non reconnues : Nom d'utilisateur ou mot de passe non valide. Si votre compte figure sous un compte racine autre que celui par défaut défini par l'administrateur système, vous devez saisir notre ND (FWB 00007)".

In the CMC, the user exists and has a LDAP alias :

There is only one user impacted by this problem.

Which username must use the user ? j.smith or john.smith ?
Does that mean that there is a mistake in LDAP configuration or the user get the wrong username ?
