Internationalization problem with german lanugage.

Hi,

Im facing some problem with the german translation

for eg

.Due Date for Review - Fälligkeitsdatum für die Revision( german translati

on)
In the browser it is displaying as -

Fälligkeitsdatum für Duchsicht

so, for all the letter with 'two dots above the alphabet' it is displaying wrongly.

Is it problem with the browser ?

Its urgent...

Pls provide me solution.

Im not using .xlf file, im using .property file for different lanugaes like , english, german, etc
