Intergration for SAP BI with Linked Data

Former Member

Hi All,

I wanted some good links, references, information on what companies need to do to integrate their SAP BI environment with the Linked Data?

Any information and inputs are highly welcomed. I am too trying hard to get information about the same.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Gaurav.

Hi

I apologise about this. But it is my BI students trying to get answers for their assignment. At leat they are looking in the right place.

Linked data is a concept developed by Tim Berners-Lee. Here are a couple of short videos which talk about the concept.

Obviously very important in the BI space. SAP are apparently developing a couple of prototypes but I don't know who.

Hi Paul,

all the prototype that are publicly available are listed in the Innovation Center in the BusinessObjects area of SDN.

some examples going a little bit in that direction is the Social Analyzer - different context but similar concept - and a little bit the Demo Jam prototype around mining with Explorer in Vegas.

hope this helps
