Is it possible to turn off the auto-fill feature in Interactive SQL? It is more annoying than valuable.

This is controlled by deselecting the following option in the Options panel:
As noted in the options, you can still use "CTRL+Space" to bring up the syntax suggestion window manually.

Ah - I believe you're currently in Sybase Central, not Interactive SQL.
In Sybase Central, while you're editing SQL (e.g. a stored procedure), you can go to "File" -> "Customize Editor...", which gives you the same "Editor" category with the same options as I listed above in Interactive SQL.
I thought I was losing my MIND, I could not find ANY of that stuff you mention, anywhere, in the ISQL Tools Options!!!
Then I realized you are looking at the Sybase Central Tools Options... try launching ISQL separately.
