Integration Content Advisor(ICA) error "Unable to fetch overview of available type systems."

As soon as I log in to the ICA, I get this error:

Do you get this error? Is this a temporary service issue on SAP side? or do you have any other ideas?

Hello Faith,

Are you facing this issue in some trial tenant or specific customer tenant( if you could share some details on the same ,may be region and also trial tenant or not ).Appreciate if you could raise a ticket to LOD-HCI-PI-SUG and will talk to our development colleagues to see if I could get some details for you.

This is a specific customer tenant, not trial. "eu2" should be the region.

The page I get this error is:

https://icaapphcisvc-********.eu2.hana.ondemand.com/shell/ica/typesystems

We have tried with different computers and S-users to be sure. If this is not a common/temporary issue I think raising a ticket makes sense as you suggested.

If that is assigned it could be service issue at SAP side.

Hello Rahul, thank you for the comment. I forgot to mention the specific ICA instance was working fine and I was able to see the list of available type systems before. I will update the question. Thanks!
