Integrate SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud to SAP Signavio CDS Views

I'm facing the issue in connecting the S4 HANA private cloud CDS Views with the SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.

As you know the communication management apps are not available for the private cloud and seems like the CDS views integration is not possible without Communication user.

But in SAP documentation it shows that it is possible to do with the S4 HANA private cloud?

I'm trying to get the right direction to have this integration in place. Can anyone suggest?
