Instance subscription failed for SAP build process automation

unable to add the SAP Build process automation to my sub account instance , even though i added SAP BUILD PROCESS AUTOMATION Entitlements  to my Subaccount. I tried to add many times by deleting sub account and again creating subaccount but the same problem exists here.

Facing the same issue. I am in trying to create subscription on Microsoft Azure located in Singapore.
