Once you install the info obejct from Business content, What are the steps to populate the data from r/3
Please helo
Hi rvn,
You will have to check if the datasource is activated in R/3 by looking it up in RSA6. If it is not found then try to activate it from RSA5. After this replicate the datasource into BW. You can install object as dataflow before or create the transfer rules manually. Then you need to create an InfoPackage and execute the load. After loading you may need to activate the master data.
Hope this helps...

Thank you.
But this is a master data. Its 0SUPPLYAREA and I want that to an attribute of 0WORKCENTER. Supply area is available in business content in the "D" status.
So I need to activate this. Add it as an attribute of 0WORKCENTER. Change the attribute extractor to pupulate 0SUPPLYAREA..
Please let me know if I am right !!
