Install TREX on AIX 64bit system

Hi,

We intend to use solution database on solman. The implementation guide tells us to install TREX first.

I want to install TREX onto the same server with our solman.

It's an IBM p520 with AIX 64-bit OS.

But I can just find 32-bit version TREX for AIX. Can I install TREX onto the same server with our solman?

Hi Wei Liu,

TREX 7.1 (the 64-bit version) is only supported on the Linux and Windows platforms listed under [http://service.sap.com/pam|http://service.sap.com/pam].

AIX is not one of them.

Please consult your Master Guide for the Solutuion Manager and/or contact the responsible colleagues to clarify, which TREX to use.
