Infoview Logon issue

When one of my colleagues opens infoview, it is automatically logging him in as 'administrator'

He has tried clearing the saved passwords, etc from IE and infoview is setup to use SSO through AD.

No-one else in the company is having this issue.

Any suggestions welcomed.

Almost forgot to mention we're using XI R1

On the workstation there should be a section in control panel with user accounts. In this section you can cache passwords for specific servers. This is usually where cached AD credentials can interfere with SSO. If there is nothing set there then it's probably something in his user profile. What happens if he uses another computer?

He has tried another PC and the same thing happens.

Passwords section - thanks for reminding me about that as I had forgotten to check that.

The User isn't in the office until next week so I can't check until then.
