Infospoke - Last delta update is not yet completed

One of the delta spoke is hanging in yellow and is not allowing to set to green or red. and causing further deltas to fail.

How to fix this.Your help is appreciated.

Hello,

DId you check the messages in the Open Hub Monitor using RSBMO2 ? Double click on the request in the monitor to see more details of the message. Can check runtime errors and job log info.

Hi Gopi,

If there was a short dump and the job is cancelled the request does turn red. Probably in your case you may need to wait for sometime.

Hi Gopi,

You can check the job status if you double click the request in RSBO. Did you chec if there were any short dumps(in st22) or the job got cancelled(in sm37).

The sT22 says duplicate record insert, which should never happened, even after that job is cancelled in SM37. How can I reset the yellow to green/red for an open-hub extraction ststus. If I can do that the next scheduled extraction will go thru...
