Information message pop up in BDC called in RFC using starting new task called from RAP method issue

I have a BDC which is called from RAP behaviour implementation class method using RFC starting in new task .There is an  custom warning message"(type I) that pops up when BDC runs. When we execute same FM in SAP it skips the information message and continues, but since here we are calling BDC from RFC the system unable to skip the information message hence goes in error. 

When i try to record the BDC again that popup screen not getting captured in recording program eventhough it gets called .

Kinldy help how to skip this warning message.

Check what's triggering the message box. Put a break point on the line before the message.

Note that BDC has been an obsolete term for 20 years. The "new" term is Batch Input.
