I am carrying out some work in a Sandbox and have schedule a Full Repair Load. It has loaded into PSA but is taking time to load to the target. Since it is Sandbox, can I cancel the load and if so could someone outline the steps thanks

Hi there,

If I understood correct you have the PSA already, so you need just kill the job for loading PSA into target in BW.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

If it a background job then u can cancel it in SM37-> select ur job name and from the menu-> Job-> Cancel Active job. Which kills ur job.

If it is working in foregroud then based on ur work process ID and PID u can choose ur job and then goto Menu-> Process-> u wil have two options 1] cancel with core 2] Cancel without core.

Cancel with core maintains a log file, u can check it in the AL11. and cancel wothout core wont contains a logfile. Which only cancels ur active job.

Later u can upload the data from ur PSA to ur DT.

Hope it hleps

Hi Niten,

You can find the job number from the infopackage. Now goto sm37 -> give the job id -> execute -> cancel the job.

You can later reload the data from the PSA to the data target.

From the Monitor screen for the Load in question go to the menu and select Environment -> Job Overview -> In the Data Warehouse. This will give you the Job related to this load to the Data Target.
