Is this the first time you are loading the data to 0Equipment??
Mostly this kind of errors could be caused by Inactive/Incorrect port number setting in BW partner profile Maintenance.
You can check this in T-code: WE20 -> Partner Type LS and select your source and target system connections.
This can be fixed by your Basis team.
