Inbound IDoc INVOIC02 - user name determination

Hi,

We have a process where logistic invoices are validated in a non-SAP system and are sent to SAP (through a non-SAP middleware application). In SAP these invoices are processed through IDoc INVOIC02 with the use of function module IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_MRM.

The SAP user name which posts these invoices is an SAP system user. And this SAP system user differs per SAP environment, so these are different for PROD, CERT and DEV. This user name isn't in any segment of the IDoc INVOIC02. But I can't find it anywhere where this SAP user name is determined. I've checked t-codes like SM59, WE21, WE20, BD51, WE42 but can't find it anywhere. Anybody any idea where / how the SAP user name is determined?

how is your WE20 set up? Direct processing or processing via background job for INVOIC02?

Hi,

You may want to check the possibly the created RFC destination which requires logon credentials (which is your system user) on creation in the Netweaver Administrator of PI. System user is likely maintained in SU01. The destination created is passed as a parameter to the IDOC receiver adapter of PI to connect to ECC.
