In Process Chain Activation of DSO is falling

Hello Techies,

In the Process chain the activation of DSo is falling but when I go and check the in the Manage DSo.

The Data is activated and available for reporting.

I dont know why in the Process chain the activation of DSO is falling ?

Hi,

Check the Log in the Variant job and it may occure some time if the resource/BJob may not available at last sec of the Activation of the DSO.

right click on error load in process chain go to display messages, and check the messages? post the error

Hi

It depends on background job resource availability at the time of DSO Activaton. Also check the settings of the variant DSO Activation process for each DSO activation and make it separate with number of processes to 2 for activation.

Save the changes and activate it. Should work correctly now.

Hi,

It would be helpfull if you can check the error message. Right click on DSO step and click on display message option. There would be monitor display option inside. Click on that and check the status as well as error message.You would be able to know the error.
