IDoc_AAE sender processing error

Hi all,

I try to set up IDoc to IDoc scenario on PO 7.4. This is my first time setting up an IDoc_AAE adapter and I tried various guides from SCN, but unfortunately none of them covers my error:

I set up PO side, ECC side and sent an IDoc. In the channel monitoring the message shows up with the following error:

Processing error =  Object not found in lookup of CallSAPAdapter.

In the log viewer, this error also shows up, together with this error:

[JRA] serverExceptionOccurred. Server XI_IDOC_DEFAULT_PID, Managed_Application_Thread_28, connectionId=4-xxxxxx|sapgw00|XI_IDOC_DEFAULT_PID, Exception: com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (104) JCO_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE: Commit fault: ASJ.ejb.005043 (Failed in component: sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.idoc.app, BC-XI-CON-IDO) Exception raised from invocation of public void com.sap.aii.af.idoc.inbound.IDocReceiverBean.onCommit(java.lang.String) method on bean instance com.sap.aii.af.idoc.inbound.IDocReceiverBean@1361d14e for bean sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.idoc.app*xml|com.sap.aii.adapter.idoc.ejb.jar*xml|IDocReceiverBean in application sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.idoc.app.; nested exception is: com.sap.conn.idoc.IDocRuntimeException: Error while send to module processor (raised by system xxxxxxxxxxx|XI_IDOC_DEFAULT_PID)

Any input is appreciated!

Kind regards,

Moritz

Hello Mortiz,

Then try configuring everything once.

In the NWA->Application resources are you getting any error?

Hi,

I finally created everything new, step by step, and after creating a new channel it worked (even though I used the same settings as before).

Thanks all of you for your input!

Moritz

Hello Moritz,

We faced the similar issue earlier itseems, please check below configuration and try again

Check for errors in SM58 of ECC.

1840707 - Bean IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS not found on host of PI 7.3

Resolution:

1. Open the NWA and go to Configuration -> Infrastructure -> JCo RFC Provider.

2. Check if the destination XI_IDOC_DEFAULT_PID is listed here.

3. If it is listed, remove it as an entry.

4. Restart the application com.sap.aii.adapter.idoc.app in the NWA.

5. Send the IDocs again from the backend system.

Regards,

Sateesh.
