Identify backorders with changes via sapjco

Hello,

I'm trying to identify the backorders that suffered changes using SAP Java Connector (JCo). I know that I can get the list of backorders using the bapi AUFT_GET_BO_LIST, but I'm a bit lost on how I can identify the backorders that had change

Could you tell me which table has this information or which is the flow that I need to follow to get this information?

This is not a question about JCo, its a question of finding the correct function module to use for this purpose. If you want an answer, you should add the correct application level tags to get the attention of the relevant experts in that field. (For now, I have added some tags for Order Management, but no idea, whether this is correct... I am not an application level expert.)
