ICMAN content filtering

Hi all,

I want to de-initalize the content filtering in ICMAN.I followed the help.sap document

As specified in the document I created sappattern.dat file and left it blank. Then sent the SIGHUP signal to ICAMAN.

But the dev_icm trace the appropriate Initialisation failure message is not logged and instead a Success Initialisation has been logged.

Could some one please help me to de-initialize the content filter in ICMAN.

check whether sappattern.dat is running at the same directory that contains the ICMan, in addition, you might also try restarting the ICMan from abap via transaction SMICM
