I'm facing issue while registering for External Authentication in SAP Build Process Automation. It returns a Blank screen and registration doesn't complete.

What do you mean with external access? As part of your flow in process automation or to access process automation? Process automation requires you to use IAS to work properly.
All prerequisites for Microsoft Azure settings have been configured. External Authentication registration of Microsoft Office365 still returns blank screen.
