I have a requirement to run the iflow on 2 specific dates every month which is on 4th and 19th. I have a specific time as 11:40 pm UTC. How to set this info in advance tab in timer in cpi.

I suppose your iFlow would need to have a timer flow step, looking like an analog clock face in the diagram. If it does (or if you can add this step to your iFlow ), tab 'Scheduler' should allow you to determine the start day(s) and time(s).
