I didn't see geo map in mobile

Hi,
I didn't see geo map in mobile. Because it's a live connection?I know SAC supported only the Choropleth style in the Choropleth/Drill layer and I did this. I have two layer. Help me please

What exactly is the behaviour you are experiencing on your mobile device? Do you see an empty map with no data, or is the whole widget missing? Secondly, are you using iOS or Android and with the app or on a mobile browser?

Lastly, please check the help for the supported scenarios. Especially note that geo maps are not supported on mobile on classic stories (except on the iOS app if you turn off the Optimized iOS flag in the story settings - however, please note that I do not recommended this, as you will loose a lot of other features by doing so. Instead use optimized stories)

For the classic story, I opened the area below, and the map appeared on mobile. However, now it is requiring me to enter a BW user and password for each query inside (about 9-10 queries). This is an undesirable situation for customers. Is there an option to either enter the BW user only once or to view the map without having to enter the credentials multiple times? I converted the classic story to an optimized story, but the same issue occurs: the customer has to enter the BW user and password multiple times. This is also not acceptable.
