I Created Clone IQ Server from existing server after cloning new server throwing no License Error

my customer Created Clone IQ Server from existing server after cloning new server throwing no License Error while i am restarting the server. Here my customer don't have SAP Support so if i download the license key is that work or else how can i proceed

IQ license contains host information so if host has changed you need to apply a new license with the new host information.

After Cloning downloaded New License and update the new license in SYAM
