Hi,
We are having a http to https Conversion Project now.
As a part of it, we need to enable the HTTPS Message Port (Load Balance) for all the SAP ECC Systems. And please note that ECC System is having multiple application instances.
Kindly help us to guide on how to enable the HTTPS port of Message server host for ECC System.
Also please let us know if any further steps need to perform for this HTTPS conversion.
Thanks,
Basis Team

Hello,
The parameter "ms/server_port_X" can be used to define HTTP and HTTPS ports for the Message Server.
For the ICM, the parameter is "icm/server_port_X".
You can configure the desired ports, with the desired protocols.
You must also configure the SSL server certificates using the transaction STRUST ("SSL Server Standard").
If the Message Server is running on the ASCSxx instance, and this instance is not visible in STRUST, you must use the "sapgenpse" tool (directly at operating system level) to create the "SAPSSLS.pse" for the ASCSxx instance.
