How transfer application user from PWD repository to new DB?

Hallo! I have got one problem. I want to do a new Repository of Sybase PowerDesigner with some changed parameters, but I want to have same application users in new database which I have got in the old one.

I have hurt about to transfer 3 tables. One table have to be: PMUSER But do anyone done it before to give me any advice?
