Dear Customer, 

Kindly review the below KBA for Guidance on how to unsubscribe the SAP Cloud ALM subscription from the SAP cloud ALM Subaccount :

3247776 - How to Unsubscribe the Subscription for SAP Cloud ALM in the SAP Cloud ALM Subaccount

  1. Logon to the SAP BTP Cockpit and select the "SAP Cloud ALM" or "SAP Cloud ALM - <ERP Cust Num>" Global Account.
    *SAP Cloud ALM provisioned prior to November 30th 2023,Global Account has name of "SAP Cloud ALM",
    *SAP Cloud ALM provisioned after November 30th 2023,Global Account has name of "SAP Cloud ALM - <ERP Cust Num>".

  2. In the SAP Cloud ALM Subaccount, on the sidebar, navigate to Instances and Subscriptions.

  3. Click on the Ellipse (…) where you have listed the action to delete the subscription. Select Delete.

  4. Then click on “Delete Subscription”

Note: Be aware if you delete the SAP Cloud ALM subscription any work already done is lost permanently and can not be recovered - use if you are only extremely sure you don't want/need anything in that subscription. The subscription is the SAP Cloud ALM. While you can re-subscribe it will be a brand new subscription and everything will need to be started fresh again. It is not a solution to any issue you may have encountered. So if you have a problem using SAP Cloud ALM get help from SAP. Only unsubscribe if you don't need any of the work you have already done!
