How to tune/optimize the query which is running slow in webi and backend is HANA database?

I think you will not get any detailed answer/feedback on that high level question (no information about statement, no information about HANA sizing ...). Have you already worked through the SAP HANA Troubleshooting and Performance Analysis Guide? With the principles and tools described in that guide you should be able to analyze your stuff at least.
