How to stop V3 Job from scheduling?

Hi,

i scheduled V3 job for every one hour and now i got a requirement to stop that V3 job and re-schedule it in some time.

for stopping this V3 job, i tried with some options like

1. in SM37 i just tried to stop the scheduled job but it is giving me " only activate jobs can be stopped" (in SM37 it is showing status as "Released" )

2. if i delete it is just removing from scheduling. but i don't want to delete i just want to stop.

3. like in process chains we have options in Execute tab in menu " stop scheduling and re-schedule again. like this any option is available for V3 Job?

please kindly help me.

Go to the Start condition of the Released job and give a Future Date & Time and Save.

Only when the system time reaches that Future date & Time, the job will become active.

hi,

Go to LBWE at ECC side, click on on Job control specific to your data source and stop scheduled job.

There are print parameters and job paraters will be in green, once you stop there, green becomes red.
