How to set SDM Port

Hi,

I am running standalone SDM. When I try to create a table from data dictionary, I get the following error. It is trying to connect to SDM via Port 0. Can someone please let me know what I can do to correct this.

It seems to deploy properly from NW Developer Studio, I have to run SDM in Integrated Mode.

My bad,

set the port in the logon screen to 50018.

Hi Chris,

Did you configure the SAP J2EE Engine within your IDE preferences?

If not, try this:

Window->Preferences

highlight SAP J2EE Engine

Select the SAP J2EE engine is installed on remote host

-message server host : localhost

-message server port: 3601.

Press Ok. Then ry your create again. Hope this helps.
