Former Member

Hi Guys,

I accidentally deleted a Request from DSO which was failing during Activation process without setting it to 'Red'. I also deleted that from PSA .

And created a mess for myself. (This happens when we go in sabatical for a while).

Now I am trying to fix and could locate the Request ID in table 'RSMONICTAB' but dont know how to set it red or where to set it red?

I could not see the request in  Reconstruct as well.

Any suggestions please???

Regards

Ajoy

Hi Ajoy,

What kind of request you deleted from PSA /DSO?

is it full load or delta load one?

there are the tables which stores  DSO Requests, please check your request iss till exist at tabels or not.

Tables

RSMONFACT

RSSTATMANPART

RSICCONT

RSMONICDP

if its exist then we can make that request status as red thru Function module -  RSBM_GUI_CHANGE_USTATE.

Or With help of basis team you can revert back those deleted request from logs. so please take basis team help.

Thanks

Hi,

Your answer helped me. However, it does not give me an option to set it red/green.

I followed all the steps mentioned in this link:-

Change Status of DTP Request - SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse - SCN Wiki

But nothing happens when I excute after putting the Request ID no. in there.

Am I missing something.

How can I take help from Basis to retrieve the requests? What should I tell them?

Just explain the actions what you have done and ask them to retrieve the deleted requests.

Hi Ajoy,

As you have located the Request ID in table 'RSMONICTAB'.

Paste the Request ID  in TCode ;- RSRQ

And there you will know the status as to whether it is green or red or yellow or deleted.

Also you can turn the request to RED only if it is not deleted

hope this helps.

Hi,

you are already deleted form the PSA  and it is not possible to retrive.

run the one more time info pacagke you will get those records again.

be make sure don't delete the last 2 weeks PSA data.

tell me info pacagke type full or delta?

if it is full no need to think just trigeer the full info pacakage one more time

if it is delta you will get delta records after runnig the info package.

Thanks.

Phani.

Thanks for quick response. But its not letting me activate the request.

It gave me error "Request XXXXXXXXXXXXX has not or not correctly been updated ; PLease edit.

Diagnosis

Request REQU_DKKKXX4ZBVDOHUOBCCIHJN7RC (427,772) for DataSource 2LIS_13_VDKON
from source system PR1C300 has the status green and a lesser SID (and is
therefore older) than the request that you currently want to update into the
DataStore object.

This is not possible because the sequence of requests has to be followed.

Delta- and init requests have to be updated to the DataStore object in the
request sequence.

Procedure

First update request REQU_DKKKXX4ZBVDOHUOBCCIHJN7RC(427,772) for DataSource
2LIS_13_VDKON from source system PR1C300 from the PSA into the DataStore
object.

You can also set request REQU_DKKKXX4ZBVDOHUOBCCIHJN7RC(&V2) to 'RED' in
the monitor if this data is not required in the DataStore object. The request is
then ignored during the check for completeness.

How can I handle?
