There is no report available to recover deleted process folders, but if you have not released the deletion to the parent branch, you can still discard the deletion of the folder in the child branch.

Please refer to the following documentation which explains the Branch Concept in 7.2:

Process Management - Lifecycle Based on Branches at:https://help.sap.com/viewer/60943adf3ff44893b62c568bb8a87d17/7.2.10/en-US/b429ba5642f05666e10000000a...

or the blog

https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SM/Branch+basics+and+best+practices

Overall Process Management Wiki:

https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SM/SAP+Solution+Manager+WIKI+-+Process+Management

Additional information:

- Documents are not deleted for good (unless you have configured ILM as per note 2625551 - Delete orphan documents in Solution Documentation for 7.2) they only become orphaned, thus allowing you to add them again later (in soldoc > New > Documentation > Assign > radio button "Orphan Documents"). See the documentation below:
https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_Solution_Manager/60943adf3ff44893b62c568bb8a87d17/dfeab37568534f42b7b1...

-For deleted the test scripts, they can also be restored via soldoc > New > Test Cases > Test Configuration (Assign) > Object > search the deleted the test configuration.

Hi,

If the Document is released to parent branch and deleted in the child branch you can still get the document from the parent branch or by discarding the changes we can able to Restore the document.
