I deleted a maintenance plan and after I created a new one and ran that I encountered the above error. So what should I do and what is a proper way to delete maintenance plan? I deleted that by rightclick on that plane and then delete.
This is an internal database error as described here:
An internal database error occurred. If it can be reproduced, it should be reported to SAP. You may be able to work around this problem by modifying the associated query statement.

IMO you should learn how to understand and build your own backup and validation procedures using the proven utilities dbbackup.exe, dbvalid.exe, dbisql.com and so on rather than relying on the mysterious (and apparently unproven) SQL Central wizards.
This blog post might help with the first step (understand).
Well, I would add: Have a look at the events that are created by the maintenance plan UI, and use those as a starting point for your own backup, validation and restore plans.
