How to publish CRM UI in internet?

Hi Experts.

We are interesting in publish CRM UI in internet , do you have any idea or suggest? this connection has to be secure.

I guess SAP Web dispatcher is one solution, do you know how to implement it? which version is SAP Web distapcher for SAP CRM 7 EHhp1 (Widnows - Oracle)? or is there another solution?

I will appreciate your help as soon as possible

Hi Andy,

You have following options

1) You may ask the network admin to NAT a public IP address to CRM UI URL. Public IP can have some domain name which can be shared with users.

3 ) Make use of Web Dispatcher. Easiest and secure to use. Refer link for its configuration

4) You may additionally intergrate CRM-UI to a External facing SAP portal using URL iViews.

Hi guys

Thanks you for your answers, they are very useful, I understood that it's better to install Web Dispatcher and then configure it (modifying parameters) but I don't find what configuration needs in DMZ so that someone can connect to CRM UI from Internet. this is no clear for me.

If you have a document or a procedure, could you share it?

I would recommend SAP web dispatcher as well. The 7.20 web dispatcher is always recommended, which is compatible with all 7.xx backend systems. For details, please refer to,
