How to prefill filed with multiple values by URL

Hi,
is there any possibility to prefill field with multiple values on initial (first) screen by URL? I mean URL like /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?~transaction=*TCODE DYNPROFILED=123465789
Maybe some like /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?~transaction=*TCODE DYNPROFILED=123465789,22222222,3333333 ?

Note: I mean prefill the same field with multiple values - something like this (see on PrintScreen) - if I do it manually
